楼主的提议很好，但我觉得实施起来很难。
因为给最佳答案评分，没有任何奖励，能有多少人乐意参与呢？
另外，给最佳答案评分，也是根据评分者的感觉，并不一定很客观。
还有也无法排除有人去刷，就像现在百度对最佳答案评价的那个大拇指，有的最佳答案大拇指能达到几百甚至几千，你能相信那都是别人去评的吗，这里面有很大一部分可能是自己刷的。
话说，就算那个评价数很高，就能代表那个答案真的很好吗？这也很难说。
说实话，我一般不会去打那个分，相比之下，我更喜欢去答题，^_^
